SOURCE-OF-WEALTH REVIEW FOR FAMILY OFFICES
ORIVOND reads a client's documents and drafts the source-of-wealth file: who the client is, who owns and controls every structure, and whether each claimed source of wealth is backed by evidence. Every statement is cited to its page. Your reviewer decides.

THE WORK TODAY
Names, dates, amounts and registration numbers retyped from passports, registers and letters into a memo, one by one.
Companies, trusts and foundations drawn out layer by layer to find who really owns or controls the client.
When an auditor or regulator asks where a statement came from, someone goes back through the folder to find the page.
HOW IT WORKS
Passports, company register extracts, trust deeds, bank references, the client's statement of wealth and the evidence behind it. Scans and photos too.
A local AI model reads each page into a structured record, every fact tied to its page. Your rules then check expiry, consistency, ownership and whether each claimed source of wealth is backed.
A cited draft with the exact words highlighted on the source page, claims set against evidence, and the ownership map. Tick each sentence, jump straight to the next issue.
A named reviewer approves. ORIVOND produces the memo for the file and writes every output, edit and approval to an append-only audit log.
THE PRODUCT
Open any sentence's sources and the cited page opens beside it, the exact words highlighted. Claim and evidence can be compared side by side. Nothing is stated that the documents do not support; anything the support check cannot confirm is flagged for you.
Each source of wealth the client states is matched to the evidence for it: how much is backed, how much is not, and where the dates or amounts disagree, within the tolerances you set.

People, companies, trusts and foundations on one map, with effective holdings worked out through every layer, nominees resolved, and the beneficial owners marked. Click any party for its facts and sources.

The approved review becomes a memo for the file: structure, evidence coverage, the cited narrative, findings, sources and the reviewer's signature block. Print it or save it as a PDF.

Files awaiting review, open findings, documents about to expire and periodic reviews coming due. When something is missing, ORIVOND drafts the request letter for you to send from your own email.

YOUR OFFICE. YOUR MACHINE.
ORIVOND runs on a machine in your office, used through a browser on your own network. The AI model runs on that machine too. There is no cloud service to trust, because there is no cloud service.
The software makes no network calls except to the AI model on the same machine. No telemetry, no cloud APIs.
The model is a setting, not a dependency. It runs locally and is never trained on your clients' data.
Every output records its input documents and their fingerprints, the model and version, the reviewer and every edit. Entries cannot be changed or deleted.
Each client's data in the log is encrypted with its own key. Erasing a client destroys the key: the log stays intact, that client becomes unreadable.
Required documents, expiry windows, ownership thresholds and evidence tolerances live in rule files you control. Rules are applied by code, never by the AI.
ORIVOND drafts and flags. Nothing is final until a named reviewer approves it, and there is no way to approve automatically.
WHO IT'S FOR
QUESTIONS
No. Documents, the client record, drafts and the audit log stay on the machine in your office. The AI model runs on that machine as well, so nothing is sent to a cloud service.
No. It drafts, checks against your rules and flags what needs attention. A named reviewer approves every file, and the reviewer's edits are recorded. ORIVOND does not give legal or regulatory advice.
Every statement cites the document and page it came from, with the words highlighted. The draft may only state what is in the client record, and a separate support check flags any sentence it cannot confirm. We measure accuracy on held-out test cases and share the validation report.
Passports, company register extracts, trust deed summaries, bank reference letters, the client's statement of wealth and the evidence for it, such as sale agreements, grants of probate and employment letters. Scanned and photographed pages are read too.
A single machine in your office with a capable graphics card, set up as an appliance. We size it with you for your volume of files.
Yes. Required documents, expiry windows, ownership thresholds and evidence tolerances are set in versioned rule files, and every result records which rules produced it.
We are preparing our first pilots with family offices. If you would like to be one of them, or see a briefing, write to hello@orivond.com.
A 30-minute briefing: we walk through a complete synthetic source-of-wealth file, from documents to the signed memo.
